Payment Policy:
You pay, I’ll bake! Payment is required up front so that I can source your cute cutters, spectacular sprinkles, fabulous food colors and the perfect packaging. Your payment will reserve your pick-up date too!
Order Minimums:
I require a minimum of 2 dozen custom cookies/macarons and 1 dozen for gourmet cookies! Need fewer? Stay tuned for a popup shop announcement on my Facebook page and subscribe to our newsletter.
Fulfillment Policy:
All orders are pick-up only. If delivery is requested and time allows a fee of $1/mile round-trip from primary pick-up location will be added.
Not showing up to the agreed upon pick-up time, forfeits your order. But take heart, they will be donated to a family in need. Need to reschedule your pick-up? No problem! Please reach out 5 days prior to your pickup time. Refunds I can offer refunds up to 24 hours after the payment has been accepted. Unfortunately, after that time, I cannot offer refunds as your cutter order has likely already been placed. But the good news – you get the cookies!
No show = No cookies. Your cookies are best enjoyed fresh.
Pick-up Dates and Times Pick up times are set upon ordering. This is because other customers need their cookie fix too! We have bulk pick-up dates to accommodate most schedules – so put that cookie pick-up in your calendar! Change Cutoff Decisions are tough! But we’re here to help. Order changes can be made until 10 days before due date. After that, all change requests will be under consideration and a small fee will apply.
If pickup is impossible due to inclement weather, your order will be heat sealed for a later pickup date. Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered due to weather, but we will make sure your order is kept as fresh as possible!
Rush orders & bulk delivery:
In a hurry? While I can’t accommodate all last-minute orders, I will make my best effort to do so. Orders placed with a turnaround time of under 5 days will require a rush fee of $25.
Bulk Order? Due to the custom work required for each cookie, we are unable to extend discounts regardless of quantity. If you have a specific budget you are working with, feel free to let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to offer you a solution that fits your budget.
Photography Policy:
Product Photography Say Cheese!! We create replicas of client orders to photograph these pretty sweet lookin’ sweets. If you do not want your cookies in the spotlight, please let me know at the time you place your order. Secrets are safe with me.
Copyright, Trademarks, & Intellectual Property:
Intellectual Property (think Star Wars and Peppa Pig) is legally protected, and I won’t be able to replicate them as baked goods (who wants a cookie controversy, right?). We can make a similar color palette though so let’s talk!
General Disclaimers:
Price Adjustments All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredients costs. I’m always trying to provide the best tasting cookies to my clients. This also means that I can’t honor old pricing (because the grocery store won’t honor their old flour prices – darn it).
Inspiration Thanks tons for bringing those inspo pictures! They are just that -- inspiring —but your cookies may not be perfect replicas. We’ll try to keep it close.
Pictures are worth a thousand words, but they are not always accurate. Colors and lighting in photos may be slightly different than what you may end up with. Also, cookies in photos may not be true to size!
Achoo! Allergies? Baked goods are often made with foods that can be known allergens. While I can do my best to accommodate, I can’t always accommodate allergy-conscious orders. Please do reach out – I may have a perfect referral for ya!
Cottage Food Laws This order has been made in a home kitchen. Our kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free, gluten free.
